Accessibility Statement

ESK Marketing Services Ltd considers it important that the site and the system be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes the actual state of accessibility — including what is not yet complete.
1. What we do
- Semantic HTML: headings in order, a button for an action and a link for navigation.
- Full keyboard navigation, including a “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Alternative text on images, with decorative images marked as such.
- Colour contrast checked against level AA, in both light and dark mode.
- Full RTL support — built in from the ground up, not added as a later layer.
- The user’s reduced-motion preference is respected.
2. Conformance
The site is built to Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA — the Israeli standard that adopts WCAG 2.0 — as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 2013. Where we could, we also implemented level AA requirements from WCAG 2.1.
Said plainly: no audit by an external certified accessibility consultant has been carried out yet, so this is a statement about what we built and not a certificate of conformance. An external review is planned, and this statement will be updated to match what it finds.
3. Known limitations
Some system screens contain wide tables and drag-and-drop boards that are not yet fully accessible by keyboard and screen reader. We are fixing them progressively.
