Why DecaLeap

What the market offers, and what you get here.

In many leading CRMs the sale is managed in one place, the invoice is produced in another and the price is built from tiered bundles. In DecaLeap the quote, order, invoice and receipt come out of the same system, in full Hebrew, and you pay one price per user.

What to checkWhat is common in the marketDecaLeap
Documents in HebrewA Hebrew interface is common. How the quote and invoice look when the system produces them is worth checking on a real PDF.Tables, forms and the documents themselves are built for Hebrew from the start: quote, order, invoice and receipt, with numbers, currencies and dates inside a Hebrew sentence.
Invoices and the uniform fileIn many systems the CRM manages the sale and the invoice is produced in other software. The Start edition and above produce the quote, order, invoice and receipt in one system, and export the uniform-structure file for the Israeli Tax Authority.
Pricing modelTiered bundles where one feature bumps you to the next tier, and sometimes a minimum number of paid users. One edition for the whole company, priced per user per month and falling as the account grows. There is no minimum number of users and no extra charge per document, order or customer record.
Orders, stock and shippingA sales CRM often ends when the deal closes, and orders and shipments are managed elsewhere. In the Trade edition an order has one life cycle: stock allocated by priority, partial shipments with their own paperwork, packing, a tracking number and proof of delivery.
Customer portal and shopA portal and a shop are sold as an add-on, a third-party integration or a development project. The customer portal and the shop are modules of the system itself, working against the same customers, products and price list.
LanguagesWorth checking which language the customer's document comes out in, as well as the language of the menus. The interface runs in four languages, and documents come out in 14 supported languages, following the contact's language.
TrialTrials come with different limits. Worth checking whether the whole system is open during it.A 90-day free trial with the whole system open and no credit card. When it ends the account stays in the Free edition with every record intact.
Moving from an existing systemWorth asking how customers and history are imported, and who does it.An initial import of customers, contacts, products, price lists and sales history from CSV and Excel, with column mapping and a preview before anything is written.

Built for an Israeli business

Local versus export is derived from the customer's own billing profile, and VAT, currency and documents follow from it. Document numbering runs in your own series and continues from the previous system.

Pricing you can work out yourself

The calculator on the pricing page gives you the figure for your headcount before a single call. Beneath the per-user price nothing else is metered: there is no charge per document, order or customer record.

The basics are in every paid edition

A separate database per customer, daily encrypted backups, four interface languages, the mobile app, the help centre, two-factor authentication and full export are in every paid edition, down to the cheapest one.

A Free edition that is really free

Free is the core of the system, with no time limit and no credit card. It does not produce tax documents, so a business that takes money needs a paid edition. It is better to read that here than to find out later.
