Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of DecaLeap, a software service operated by ESK Marketing Services Ltd (company no. 516791738). When a company signs up, the person signing up confirms they are authorised to bind it. Where a signed commercial agreement exists between us, that agreement prevails over this page wherever the two differ.
1. What the service includes
DecaLeap is a cloud business-management system. Your account includes Core plus the modules you bought, for the number of users agreed. We add capability and improve screens continuously; we will not remove material capability you rely on without prior notice.
- Sign-up is for registered companies and sole traders, and for people over 18.
- Access is per named user. Sharing one account between employees is not permitted — a user is a person, not a role.
- Permissions are set by your own administrator, per module and per employee.
- Trial: no credit card, stoppable at any time. When the trial and its grace period end, an account that has not subscribed moves to the Free edition rather than being closed.
- Free edition: Core only, up to 2 users, at no charge and with no time limit. It issues no tax documents — tax invoice, combined invoice-receipt, receipt, credit note and the Open Format export are not available on it. Your data stays readable and exportable.
- The details you give at sign-up — name, email, company number — must be accurate. Invoices and system mail go to the address you gave, and delivery to a wrong address is the registrant’s responsibility.
2. Payment and renewal
Prices are published on the pricing page, per user per month, before VAT (18% at the time of writing). The default is annual billing in advance; monthly billing is available at a 15% uplift.
A module added mid-term is charged immediately, pro rata, aligned to your existing renewal date — so the account keeps a single renewal date.
The price of a period already paid for does not change within it. Any future price change is communicated before renewal.
3. Your data
The data you enter is yours. We process it to run the service for you and for nothing else — we do not sell it, rent it, or train models on it for the benefit of other customers.
Excel and CSV export is available from every list screen — during a grace period, on the Free edition and in view-only mode alike. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
4. Prohibited use
- Uploading unlawful content, or content you have no right to hold.
- Attempting to reach another customer’s data, bypass permissions, or test the system without our written permission.
- Using the service to send unsolicited mail contrary to law.
- Reselling, renting or granting third-party access without a signed reseller agreement.
5. Availability and support
Availability targets, maintenance windows and response times are set out on the service level page.
6. Ending the service
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and access continues until then. Details are on the cancellations and refunds page.
We may suspend an account for non-payment or material breach, after notice and an opportunity to remedy — except where continued use harms other customers or breaks the law.
7. Warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it fits a particular purpose you choose for it or that it runs uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit.
Our total financial liability to you, on any cause of action, is limited to the amount you actually paid in the twelve months before the event.
8. Changes to these terms
A material change is emailed to the account administrator and shown in the system at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law alone, and the courts of the Central District, Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
