Importing customers, products and sales history; building the price list; configuring the commission model; connecting your accounting; and training the team. Scope varies, so we quote after a scoping call rather than selling a standard package that fits nobody.

What is in Core, and what costs extra?
Core (₪89 per user per month) is a complete CRM: customers, contacts, orders, quotes and documents; pricing and catalog; and accounting sync — along with the dashboards, permissions and four languages. On top of it you add only what you need: tasks and projects, logistics, support, commissions, payroll, travel and e-commerce.
How is the bill calculated?
Every user has Core (₪89) plus the modules assigned to them. A warehouse operator with Logistics costs ₪118 a month; a project manager with Tasks costs ₪108. The total is simply the sum across your users.
Can we change modules mid-term?
Yes, at any time. Adding a module to an employee takes effect immediately and is prorated for the month. Removing one takes effect at the next renewal — we do not claw back what you already paid for.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial is 30 days on the complete system, no credit card. After that you get a further two weeks with the system still live and a reminder. Only then does it move to view-only — your data stays exactly where it is, and Excel export is always available.
Is there a user minimum?
Yes, 3 users. Below that the economics of onboarding and support do not work, and honestly a system like this does not earn its keep for a team of one or two.
What does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is a one-off fee scoped to the work: importing customers and products, building the price list, configuring the commission model and training the team. We quote after a short scoping call. Onboarding happens before the trial clock starts.
Is our data separated from other customers?
Completely. Each customer gets their own database and their own process on the server — not a shared schema with a tenant column. Backup, restore and deletion are operations on your data alone.
Can we get our data out?
Always. Excel and CSV export is available from every list screen, including in view-only mode. It is your data, with no ransom attached.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in shekels, before VAT.
