One lifecycle, not four
An order moves through explicit statuses — ordered, in production, partially ready, ready to ship, in despatch, shipped, delivered. Everyone touching it sees the same state, and every change is recorded with who and when.
Stock allocated by real priority
When stock is short, the question is not who ordered first — it is what is urgent. Allocation follows order priority and the required date, and the warehouse sees what is ready now, what remains and what is waiting on a supplier.
Partial shipments with their own paperwork
An order can leave in several despatches, and each one gets its own invoice, delivery note and packing list. What shipped and what remains are counted for you — no side spreadsheet.
Packing, despatch and delivery
Cartons, pallets and weights; an air waybill and tracking; and a delivery confirmation that closes the order. A shipping cost calculator by zone and weight, before you commit to a price with the customer.
Shortages and delays surface themselves
An order past its required date, a despatch with no waybill, an item that ran out — all of them appear in the logistics "needs attention" feed. You do not go looking for what is stuck; it is shown to you.
