Commissions

Commission calculated from the sales, not from a spreadsheet.

A monthly commission spreadsheet burns two days and starts arguments with reps. The problem is not the arithmetic — it is that the sales data lives in one place and the formula lives in another.

Two models, not one

Percentage of sales — with a different rate for a new customer versus an established one, decided by the account start date rather than by memory. Or a quarterly target, paying a bonus proportional to attainment. Each rep can sit on a different model.

The data arrives on its own, from two sources

Commission is computed from orders recorded in the system and from the monthly report out of your accounting software — PDF files included, with customer names matched automatically. There is no step where somebody copies numbers between spreadsheets, so there is no step where a mistake gets in.

Correcting a sale corrects the commission

An edited order, a cancellation, a credit note or a re-imported month — the calculation re-runs for the affected period only. Nothing to remember, and no commission left sitting on a stale figure.

A report per rep, without exposing the others

Each rep sees only their own commission; management sees the whole picture. The monthly report prints or exports to PDF and goes to your accountant as it is.

Year-to-date reconciliation that closes the loop

Accrued versus actually paid, from the start of the year — including Swift transfers, invoices the rep submitted and expenses. One number at month end that nobody argues with.

Stop calculating commission in a spreadsheet

The Commissions module adds ₪25 per user per month on top of Core — only for the people who actually need it.
